Antenatal
An antenatal clinic is held every Thursday afternoon by appointment with a midwife from the Emerald Team (Rosie Maternity Services) or at other times by appointment with a doctor.

Baby Clinic/Health Visitor

Contraception/Family Planning
Including intra uterine device (IUD) fitting and implants by appointment with a doctor or nurse. If you require emergency contraception, please make an ‘urgent’ appointment with the nurse (available daily).
Minor Surgery
An appointment with a doctor is necessary prior to this clinic.
Review Clinics
For Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, Ischaemic Heart Disease, Mental Health, Smoking Cessation.
Ear Irrigation
Appointments for ear irrigation are available, please call reception.
District Nurses
A community nurse team is attached to the Practice to provide nursing care at home. All Patient enquiries regarding district nursing please telephone: 01223 726469 – option 2. This service is available 08:00 – 16:00 week days. Outside these hours call 01603 481205.
Physiotherapy
Physio Direct self referral is available on 01223 446999 for telephone advice from a senior physiotherapist for the over 18's. 16 and 17 year olds can self refer and will receive a face to face appointment. Under 16's require a GP written referral.

Podiatry Service
Self assessment applications can be made to Podiatry Department, Chesterton Medical Centre Union Lane, Cambridge. Self assessment forms available on request at reception.
Counselling
Counselling is available by GP referral only. Students may use the University Counselling Service on 01223 332865 and under 25 year olds may use Centre 33 on 01223 316488.
